MMES method

This solution follows the way of analysis used by FemFat. The maximum of the modified equivalent stress is looked for in a way similar to the MD criteria. The MMES procedure is implemented in PragTic above all for the LESA method, where it is directly used.

Note: The method is separated from the MD branch above all for its research character. I would like to be able to change the meaning of individual parts of the solution of the LESA method, thus I do not want to set it to be the MD method firmly.
